MEET THE TEAM

Mo Talukder

Mo is co-founder and Director for Ideal Rooms. She has over 12 years of property experience in different residential sectors including holiday apartments, corporate lets, student accommodation, professional houseshares and family accommodation.

In October 2012, Mo won the prestigious Property Woman of the Year award in recognition of her successes and innovation in the industry.

The BBC featured Mo in a property programme in 2011 around buying property at auctions.
In addition, Mo has won several other awards including the WOW Award for Best SME.

Her experience in the sector range from property investment, management, consultancy and large events.

Aside from this, Mo is an accomplished classical musician, enjoys theatre and opera, travelling and pub quizzes.

Shaon Talukder

Shaon is co-founder of Ideal Rooms and the Operations Director. Originally a pharmacist, Shaon gained an incredible wealth of operating pharmacy businesses, which he quickly transferred to drive operations at Ideal Rooms. He has 9 years of Property Management experience and in particular leads refurbishment projects for the group.

Shaon featured in BBC1′s ’Homes under the Hammer’ show in 2011 demonstrating his wealth of ability in refurbishments and creative direction.

In his spare time, Shaon enjoys films, travelling, cinema and sport, particularly football and badminton.

Maneesh Patel

Maneesh is head of Business Development and Customer Services for Ideal Rooms Holidays.

Maneesh has a wealth of experience working in sales and marketing, which has been the foundation of his talent working for Ideal Rooms.

Maneesh is known for his prompt and keen attitude in helping our clients ahead of their stays with us to help them prepare for their vacations / holidays.

We have regional teams to maintain our properties, so that if a problem arises, we can resolve the issue in a timely fashion.

We have a team of electricians, plumbers, builders, general handymen and gardeners to ensure our properties are maintained to a great standard.
